Welcome to the consultation on Hopkins Homes’ submitted Masterplan for Sandford Park, Great Baddow.

The site is allocated in Chelmsford’s adopted Local Plan, known as Strategic Growth Site 3a. The site is allocated in the plan for new homes and a new country park.

We have been working with the council and local stakeholders to prepare a Masterplan for the site. This will set a framework for how the site will be delivered in the future. It is separate from any future planning application.

The Masterplan has been submitted to the council, and we are now running a public consultation on the contents.
